RESERVATIONS & POLICIES Appointment Reservations A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve all appointments. Your retainer will be applied toward your final service total. New Guests All first-time extension guests begin with The Signature Consultation, allowing us to design a customized plan tailored to your hair goals, lifestyle, and desired look. Rescheduling & Appointment Changes At Haus of Hairess, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared for in advance. To honor the time, preparation, and personalized attention dedicated to each guest, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made with consideration. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment changes. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waitlist. Late Arrivals Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure every guest receives the elevated experience they deserve. No-Shows Appointments missed without notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. Future appointments may require full prepayment. One Reschedule Courtesy Each appointment includes one complimentary reschedule as a courtesy. Guests may reschedule their appointment once without forfeiting their retainer, provided the request is made within the required notice period and the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date. Additional Rescheduling Once the complimentary reschedule has been used, any additional request to move the appointment will require the existing appointment to be cancelled and a new appointment to be booked with a new retainer. The one-reschedule courtesy does not reset when an appointment is moved. Additional changes to the same appointment are considered subsequent reschedules. Last-Minute Changes Reschedule requests made outside of the required notice period may be treated as a cancellation. In these instances, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer will be required to secure a future appointment. Appointment Availability Rescheduling is subject to availability. A request to reschedule does not guarantee that the original appointment time, date, or preferred service availability will remain available. For extension appointments and other services requiring significant preparation, guests are encouraged to communicate any scheduling concerns as early as possible. A Note From the Haus We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate our guests when circumstances arise. These policies simply allow us to protect the time reserved for each guest while maintaining the elevated, intentional experience that defines Haus of Hairess.
